WP 1 : General methodology and progress assessment
The methodology of work including the time bar chart is defined at the start of the project. As the project advances, the methodology and time bar chart may be adjusted according to the conclusions from the project assessment by the Technical Committee (6-monthly). Reports of the Technical Committee meetings will inform the Commission about the progress towards the objectives and results and the adjustments made to the methodology and the time bar chart.
